Yoga helps support & enhances baby’s development both physically and mentally through the combination nurturing touch, handling, singing and strokes, making yoga a fun and rewarding experience.
These yoga movements also help to enhance baby’s nervous system, along with lengthening the muscles and spine. It can help naturally help soothe an anxious baby, relieve colic and tummy troubles and improve sleep.
Here at A Tiny Touch we treat this as a fun exercise session for both parent and baby offering multi-sensory stimulation through carefully developed movements such as, stretches lifts, holds and swings.
We also offer a Post-Natal element to our classes which helps to gently tone and strengthen areas in need of attention after having a baby, focusing on the abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, shoulders, upper and lower back and finally breathe which is equally important.
